If the cancellation is to be made after the product has been shipped, the customer can proceed with one of the options:

The customer should contact our customer support service and inform about his/her intention if the product has been shipped from USA but is not delivered at destination address.
If the customer is refusing to take delivery, then he or she has to bear all necessary shipping charges and applicable fees.
